The Rugby 640 is the multipurpose member of the 600 series: horizontal, vertical, and 90 degrees, with manual slope in two axes, scanning modes, and the RC400 remote control. It works inside and outside, in formwork, on pads, and on suspended ceilings. Accuracy is +/- 2.2 mm at 30 m, the working diameter reaches 500 m with a Rod Eye 120 and 600 m with the Rod Eye 140 or 160, and the RC400 remote reaches 200 m. Up to 80 hours on Li-ion and IP67 for the site. The 640G variant swaps the red laser for a 520 nm green beam, which is far easier to see indoors against bright finishes and long-distance haze.
