Mounting Adapters
Mounting adapters are critical components that bridge the gap between different instrument thread standards and mounting systems. In surveying and industrial metrology, they allow for the cross-compatibility of specialized tools—like alignment telescopes or total stations—with standard or proprietary stands and tripods.
What we carry
583512 Precision Lift Adapter
- Seats into the dovetail receptacle mount and has a standard 3½” x 8 external thread on top.
583518 Surface Mount Adapter
- Provides 3½” x 8 external thread as a mount for manay instruments and other adapters.
- A flange with six (6) countersunk bolt holes is provided for secure mounting on any flat surface.
- Also available as black anodized aluminum (WK-29-3000)
585146 Surface Mount Adapter
- Provides 3½” x 8 external thread for mounting various bases or other adapters, including standard surveying or optical alignment instruments.
- Has three (3) mounting holes for fastening the ring to virtually any flat surface.
WK-19-1000 Theodolite Adapter
- Converts a 3½” x 8 standard external instrument thread on any stand or adapter into a 5/8” x 11 external thread to accommodate most theodolites
- Available as reverse conversion (WK-19-1010)
