Eyepieces

Eyepieces for surveying and industrial metrology are specialized optical accessories designed to enhance the viewing capabilities of instruments like total stations, theodolites, and alignment telescopes. They allow for precise sighting in challenging environments—such as steep vertical angles or confined spaces—where a standard straight-through eyepiece is impractical.

What we carry

522240 & 521241 Combination Eyepieces

  • 522240 Combination Eyepiece
  • 521241 Combination Eyepiece
  • The 522240 consists of a right angle eyepiece plus an illumination unit which can be used either to project an image of the reticle onto a target or for autocollimation.
  • The 521241 is interchangeable with the standard eyepiece of the K&E type telescope found on certain instruments.
  • Both can be converted in the field as required, to form a straight-through vision system or a right-angle system.

621871 Stride Level

  • 621871 Stride Level
  • Designed for quick, precise leveling of alignment telescopes and collimators to one arcsecond.
  • Can also be used to level any cylindrical surface between 1¾” and 3” in diameter.
  • Both ends are viewed simultaneously via prisms and a magnification system.
  • “Coincidence” or “split” bubble presentation provides the most accurate reading of the bubble position.
  • Top-mounted turret assembly rotates 360°, allowing viewing from all sides.
  • Elastic strap is included to secure the level to the instrument.
