Builders Levels
Builders’ levels (also known as Dumpy levels) are manual optical instruments used to establish level lines across a construction site. Unlike the Automatic Levels discussed previously, traditional builders’ levels require the operator to manually level the telescope using a high-precision spirit vial and four leveling screws before every measurement.
