Abney Levels

An Abney level is a handheld clinometer used by surveyors, engineers, and foresters to measure slopes, determine elevations, and calculate tree heights. It combines a sighting tube with a spirit level connected to a movable, graduated arc, allowing for precise angular measurements in degrees or percentages.
