North American Survey Supply (NASS) has an onsite repair/calibration lab that can provide calibration and repair services to NIST traceable standards.
Annual and multi-year service and certification services are also available (for additional fee). We can help recommend appropriate service cycle for your instruments.
Regular service of removing dust and dirt to maintain manufacturer’s specification for precision and functionality.
Instruments used in harsh environments should be regularly cleaned, re-lubricated, adjusted and certified. North American representatives will help you determine your cycle time.
NASS along with service and certification services offers manufacturer’s parts or custom parts, quick turn-around on repairs, discounted service contracts, extended warranties, calibration certificates, calibration reports with before and after measurements, calibration stickers, and a calibration reminder program.
